Yummy, > Shape up & Detox < ist vielleicht lecker...

Wie so ein Eistee,den es in Japan gibt und der so ein bisschen auf englisch gestylt ist,mit etwas Zucker...der japanische ist ungesüßt.
Das nächste Mal kauf ich mir mehr davon.Hmmmm.Leider habe ich bereits meine ganze Tagesdosis verbraucht...ich muss der Versuchung widerstehen...heute die gesamte Zehntagesdosis zu vernichten..Ich glaube,ich gehe nachher japanischen Eistee kaufen.Genau.Gute Lösung...

Heißen Kakao mit Honig kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.
Geschmacksmäßig ebenso wie die gewünschte Wirkung betreffend absolut ungeeignet.Allerdings...fühl ich mich erstaunlich fit,obgleich ich nicht geschlafen hab.Immerhin.

Ich liebe den Song...total lustig,aber andererseits - ich hab´s mir auch schon am Flughafen in letzter Minute anders überlegt und das Flugzeug ohne mich starten lassen,nur um noch einen weiteren Tag zu haben,weil ich den Gedanken gehen zu müssen einfach nicht ertragen konnte...kann ihn soooooooo verstehen,ich liebe diese Stadt auch so wahnsinnig... ^^
